  10.        This inst_dev version 1.5 contains N32 binaries, but is
  11.        otherwise equivalent to version 1.4.  The following are the
  12.        most significant changes that have been made between version
  13.        1.3 and 1.5.

  15.           +o Moved the tabs from the top to the bottom of the
  16.             window, to align with instituted VkTabPanel orientation
  17.             (tabs point down, no ViewKit support for up
  18.             orientation).  This makes the app look more uniform
  19.             with other SGI apps. Removed pixmaps from tabs to
  20.             relinquish vertical real estate, and eliminate the need
  21.             for a custom schemes file.

  23.           +o Simplified the Permissions and Destinations and Build
  24.             Product views, by eliminating the Destination Tree Root
  25.             textfield.

  27.           +o Conformed to new meaing of "miniroot" subsystem flag,
